Wall drainage starts by tracing surface flow, seepage, irrigation and roofwater. It then needs filtration, drainage aggregate, a graded collection line and an outlet that does not concentrate water onto a neighbour.
Ask the quote to name the aggregate, filter arrangement, pipe, cleanouts and discharge assumption. If no suitable connection is obvious, make investigation a preconstruction task. That is clearer than discovering a dead-end pipe after the wall is built.
